Quality Assurance service

Nothing is perfect and even high-quality products can suffer manufacturing faults. Our task is to spot and resolve any defects and deficiencies before products are actually shipped to our clients. To this end, we field a team of highly professional inspectors.

SAPL has an international mindset, allowing it to accommodate different cultural perspectives. We offer the following Quality Assurance services and would happily travel anywhere in China to inspect production facilities or products specified by you.

• Pre-Production Check (PPC)
  PPC is the very first start of the Quality Assurance process. This quality control will be performed when the goods have just started.
• During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
  DUPRO is a quality control performed when the production is half way ready.
• Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
  PSI is a quality check performed right before the goods are shipped.
• Container Loading Check (CLC)
  While the goods are being loaded for shipment, we will check the goods on the quality and quantity.
• 100% Inspection
  As the above quality assurance services are being performed on a random base, this quality check will performed on a 100% level. All quantities will be checked on the quality.
• Laboratory check (LC)
  With partner companies we can arrange the certification you require for your products.
• Market & Financial Research
  In addition you can add a Market & Financial research on the supplier that will be carried out by our partner company ToKnow. This research will cover the financial standings of the factory. Having this information will allow you to know what the credibility is, whether it is capable to make the quantity in time as the factory claims.
