Lots of big companies deliver very high quality products. High quality products need thorough quality inspections from top to bottom. However lots of small and medium size buyers think that factory audit or other Quality Assurance services are unnecessary, but when they face the problem that their imported Chinese products are 90% faulty on arrival, they will realize if they used a factory audit or a quality inspection before, this problem will not happened.
Not mentioning the above common issue, lots of other issues could occur.
To name a few:
- Scams: suppliers pretending they are a big factory while they are actually non existence.
- Inside genuine factories, bosses often promise you everything is possible, but in the end the production managers can not keep these promises.
- Suppliers often said they have certain certificates, but when the certificates are being checked, you often see that these certificates are fake or not according to, for example, the European Standard.
